This item is a handwritten letter to Johnson discussing mineral specimens sent to Grundel by Johnson and asking Johnson to forward a package of specimens to a Mr Whimpress. Attached to the letter is an index card. On one side of the card is a handwritten list of minerals under the heading 'To Erich Grundel' annotated with 'sent May 25 1981', and on the other side Erich Grundel's address and the address for the Queensland Department of Mines. 1 June 1981. Two pages.
