  3. Begins 'We may turn to a consideration of formal patterns of the kinship system.' 17 leaves, 17 pages, handwriting in ink with pencil emendations.

  4. Begins: 'This is the system as it works in sheltered tribes on the W. Gulf Reserve-'. 8 leaves, 9 pages, handwriting in ink with pencil emendations.

  5. Early draft of parts of the paper contained in sets 1-4, regarding Wikmunkan kinship.mostly octavo sheets but with two sets of small notes pinned to the seventh leaf. Mostly unpaginated except some pagination on the small sheets. 23 leaves (octavo or torn segment of octavo) 24 pages, plus 9 small leaves, 17 pages.



Pinned in 5 distinct sets but these 5 look to be relating to a single work and are probably still in original order as the first has a title page and the next three are numbered 2-4, although the fifth is just headed 'Wikmunkan' (an earlier draft of part of the paper in sets 1-4). No pagination anywhere.
