We acknowledge we are on Kaurna Miyurna land. The Dreaming is still living. From the past, in the present, into the future, forever.
Original language version had his name as Ku’eka, with the apostrophe overwritten with a k. On the literal translation it is Kukeka. Conventional spelling is Ku’ekka representing /Ku’-ek/. McConnel evidently reconsidered and the published version is Ku:’ekka (1957:95).
