Ngadlu tampinthi ngadlu Kaurna Miyurna yartangka. Munaintya puru purruna ngadlu-itya. Munaintyanangku yalaka tarrkarriana tuntarri.

We acknowledge we are on Kaurna Miyurna land. The Dreaming is still living. From the past, in the present, into the future, forever.

Irimuru went into the bush one day and made a dummy bandicoot nest in which he put a number of sharpened bones pointing upwards and covering them with grass so that it resembled the nest of a bandicoot.
Irimuru told Mudati to go out hunting for bandicoot. So, out they went. Imuru(sic) pointed out the bandicoot's nest and suggested that Mudati jumped onto it. But Mudati said, I've plenty of manduga (throwing sticks) Imurum said no jump on him, he might get away Mudati jumped on bandicoot, the sticks all pierced his feet calling out Girik girik he flew into the air as a bramli kite
Mudati had a sweetheart. Irimuru wanted her.
