This is the third of three volumes. Journal entries date from 15 April 1968 to 8 September 1968. This volume contains the index for all three volumes. There are 60 blank pages between the journal entries and the 389 page index. 90 pages following this were left blank for notes but never used. The journal entries have been written on the right-hand page, leaving the left for annotations, drawings, newspaper clippings etc.
