Printed map of Hundred of Mobilong, County Sturt that includes western bank of Murray River from near Pompoota south to Murray Bridge and Swanport. Tindale recorded Aboriginal place names and notes obtained from Karlowan in india ink, dated December 1935. Further notes were added later in pencil. A note in blue pen reads: 'Kartan Site reported by T Amtmanis March 1961'. Contains highlights in colour pencils, with signed note on reverse: 'research notes'. Scale 1 inch = 1 mile (80 chains).
