This series includes the following items:

  1. Two copies of a list of Australian Aboriginal items in Weathersbee's personal collection, dated 17 January 1979. The items listed include material culture items obtained by Weathersbee during his own travels in Australia, and items that he purchased at auctions etc. Most of this material was subsequently donated to the South Australian Museum (SAM). One copy is annotated with valuations of each item.

  2. Correspondence between Weathersbee and Robert Edwards (see AA 83), Curator of Anthropology at SAM, September 1968, relating to the donation of historical photographs.

  3. Correspondence between Weathersbee family and Peter Crowcroft, Director of SAM, June 1966, relating to the donation of Weathersbee stone artefact collection to SAM.
