Photographs taken during expeditions to Pearson Islands in 1923 and Flinders Island in 1924. The album contains 75 b/w photographs (14x8 cm) taken during the Pearson Islands expedition. These have been pasted onto cards with handwritten captions and are numbered 1-76 (including two sketch maps). The photographs include landscape scenes on the island, as well as fauna and flora and collecting activities by the members of the expedition. The album also contains 25 loose prints (including some duplicates), with no captions, taken on Pearson Islands. The album contains 15 b/w prints (14x8 cm) taken during the Flinders Island expedition, including landscape scenes and stick-nest rat nests. These have been pasted onto cards with typed captions, and are numbered 1-16 (including one sketch map). The album also includes 28 b/w prints (14x8 cm) of landscape scenes on Flinders Island, the expedition's base-camp and specimen-collecting activities by the members of the party.
