A letter from Gordon Rowe to Albrecht asking if Albert Namatjira's (Australian Aboriginal man, See AA 229) plans to become a pastoralist is supported by the government or the mission. An earlier letter from Rowe to Albrecht about a misleading article in 'The Truth'. A letter from John Sexton to Albrecht congratulating him on his address to the Lutheran synod and wanting to make it more widely available through the AFA. Comments on new Director of Native Affairs and criticises Mountford's expedition to Arnhem Land and Mountford's critical attitude towards missions.
