This item contains seven diopterographic tracings of various sizes depicting five scaphocephalic human crania from various angles. The illustrations are annotated with specimen numbers for the crania depicted. The different specimens depicted are A248 and A16520 from the South Australian Museum collection, B1 from the Australian Museum in Sydney, and 31837 and 38586 from the National Museum in Melbourne. The illustrations of specimens 31837 and 38586 were prepared by Professor Frederic Wood-Jones. The illustrations were published in Fenner, F (1938) 'Some South Australian Scaphocephalic Skulls', in Records of the South Australian Museum, Vol. 6, No. 2, pp. 143-158.
