Cover letter from NB Tindale to Prof T Harvey Johnston enclosing his application to be credited as a matriculated student. The application letter addressed to The Register, University of Adelaide, titled Status in the Faculty of Science, lists his examination passes at the University of Adelaide from 1919 to 1927. Refers to his language proficency in German, French and Japanese. Explains his inability to produce Australial school or university certificates other than those listed due to his early education in Japan. He lists the schools attended while in Japan.

The cover letter bares an endorsement from TH Johnston advising NB Tindale that the matter will come up for consideration by the Matriculation Board in due course.
