Letter from Wilfrid Partridge to Tindale on the subject of Tasmanian Rock Carvings. Records that casts of carvings have been sent to SAMuseum by Mr Merton. Letter goes on to state some stone implements have also been posted to SAMuseum. Describes locations and environment of carvings and type of rocks. Records that the 'O was the most common design' of the carvings. Urges Tindale to investigate the carvings.
