Asking to visit Mt Margaret as highly recommended. Describes research to be undertaken: a comprehnsive study of sociological factors of halfcastes and full bloods to European conditions, and biological investigation of results of racial crossing. Give children same standard tests as applied to white children for Australian Council of Educational Research. Genealogies are constructed to show population trends and each individual is measured and given detailed examination. Standard photos taken of each person studied.
