Original diary was a black hard cover ruled notebook, written in ink 165mm x 100mm.
Typed transcription of personal diary entries from when Waite was at the South Australian Museum. Includes copies of newspaper clippings and a ticket for 'Lecture to Children' given by Waite on 'Fishes that Make Nests'. Also included in a 'War Census - Wealth and Income Card', on which Waite states his income and asset value.
