Two drawings of the 'weevil' or 'epinja' by Errol Parerouljta.

'Errol Pareroultja, 11 years , 1966. Brother of Hubert. Loved to draw. Delicate sense of line and colour. His insect studies were often drawn from life, sometimes with the aid of a magnifying glass; they show accurate proportions and an eye for fine detail. The horses, kangaroos, emu, frog, cockatoos and rabbits were drawn from memory. He took great pride in his exercise books and loved to decorate the pages.'
