This series is a collection of 159 photographs of Point Pearce Mission and surrounding areas in the 1950's. The photographs were in the possesion of Mrs McIntyre who was a teacher at Point Pearce Mission School. In 2007 O'Loughlin contacted her to see if they had any old photographs of them as children. She then sent the slides listed in this series to him. Mrs McIntyre has since passed away.

In 2009, O'Loughlin, the South Australian Museum, Tandanya and the History Trust of South Australia collaborated and developed an exhibition based on these photographs. The exhibition was held at Tandanya and titled 'Children of the Empire'.
