Wonders: Autism-friendly morning

Enjoy a relaxed morning at the Museum before we open to the public.

Visitors with autism, their families, friends and carers are invited to spend time in the galleries, café, shop and Discovery Centre, with reduced noise and lighting. Bookings are required, and tickets includes entry to our exhibition, Wonders of the South Australian Museum.

Date: Saturday 24 April, 8am-10am

Our curators and scientists will share stories about the Wonders of the South Australian Museum exhibition, with Auslan interpreting.

Auslan-interpreted Wonders Tour

Join us on an Auslan-interpreted guided tour of the Wonders of the South Australian Museum exhibition.

The Museum invites you to explore its best kept secrets in this exciting new exhibition which draws from more than four million objects held in storage across its vast collections.

Please note that this is an Auslan-interpreted tour for Deaf and hearing-impaired visitors. 

Date: Saturday 8 May, 11am-12pm
