This series comprises a black and white photographic print (13x17 cm) entitled 'Natives of the Kadina district', as well as a glass negative and a film negative. It shows a group of seven Aboriginal men and four women in front of a wooden paling fence and was probably taken by Mitchell in about 1884. The names of the individuals have been written in ink on the photograph, presumably by Mitchell.
