Photocopy of annotated map 338/24/6, Hundred of Baker, County Russell with additional notes in pencil. Aboriginal place names from article by Alison Harvey are noted in green ('Fishing legend of the Jaralde tribe of Lake Alexandrina' in Mankind, 3(4), Sydney: 1943, pp. 108-112). Map includes Murray River mouth, the upper Coorong, Point McLeay, Narrung and Lake Albert south to Sam Island. Tindale's notes include Aboriginal place names, clan names and boundaries, and additional data obtained from Milerum, Albert Karloan and Mark Wilson. Contains references to Ngurunderi. Note at bottom reads: 'Karlowan was the man who was with surveyors and provided native names on this map.' Margin notes refer to 'Tribal movements' near Murray River mouth.
