This series includes Society documentation, including membership applications, nomination forms, notices of meetings, receipts for expenditure and correspondence.

This series includes a draft letter from NB Tindale (see AA 338), the Honorary Secretary of the Society, to the Historical Memorials Committee, dated 19 March 1930, recommending that a memorial be erected on the grave of Ivaritji, 'the last representative of the Kaurna or Adelaide tribe', who had died several months previously. This series also includes several copies of a draft letter by Tindale, dated 22 November 1926, recommending measures for the protection of Aboriginal rock art sites in South Australia.

This series also includes manuscript summaries and notes by Tindale of some of the lectures and presentations given by other members at Society meetings.
