Photograph of 14 Aboriginal men standing in front of some large gum trees and the bank of a river, with a large group of women, children and two more men seated in front of men standing.

Some of the standing men wear loincloths and hold spears while the other men wear trousers, shirts and waistcoats.

The photograph is mounted onto cardboard, with 'H.P. Heslop' embossed in the bottom middle of card.

The same group of people are seen in photograph AA132/1/2.

It is noted on verso that the photograph was from the Royal Geographical Society 1939.
