Annotated survey map showing 'tribal' distribution in the Southesk Tablelands of the Great Sandy Desert. Includes Stansmore Range and a section of the Wiluna - Kimberley Stock Route. Tindale recorded Aboriginal place names and a boundary line in india ink. A margin note reads: 'India Ink note transcribed from CSR large scale map and other map names of UCLA Exped. 1953' (see also map 338/15/84). Additional 'tribal' names are in blue. Scale 1 inch = 10 miles (1 inch = 800 chains).
