Ngadlu tampinthi ngadlu Kaurna Miyurna yartangka. Munaintya puru purruna ngadlu-itya. Munaintyanangku yalaka tarrkarriana tuntarri.
We acknowledge we are on Kaurna Miyurna land. The Dreaming is still living. From the past, in the present, into the future, forever.
A series of drafts and typescripts of the New Testament translations; translated by Isei Tomiadoru into the Panaeati language from Dobuan. Alterations made by Reverend HK Bartlett, together with Isei Tomiadoru, Sitaneli Iatara and Simioni Kieu.
The original transcription is handwritten and edited and is followed by an edited typescript of part of the New Testament. Attached in the back of this folder is an eleven page appendix entitled "Grammar of the Panaeati Dialect, Papua" which is annotated as being a close copy of that prepared by Reverend Samuel B Fellows, the pioneer missionary to Panaeati. A 433 page typescript of the entire translation completes the series. The period covered is 1934-1940.
