This item is a handdrawn map in ink on silk. The map is numbered from I to LXIX with each Roman numeral representing a language group listed on either side of the map in brown ink. The numerals are in brown and red ink. 9 Northern Territory language groups are listed on the right side of the map as well. Tindale has annotated the map with his 'Tribes' in green, purple, blue, pink and yellow ink and some of Reuther's in grey ink. Previously Acc. 2342.
